Total refurbishment of a penthouse . 

the spaces in this project are organized around an existing patio which allows to have independent flexible areas with visuals in certain points that create connections within them and with the new opening of south light coming from the terrace . 

the beautiful archs that characterize the original house are reinterpret with light and a sloping roof that follow these shapes, creating different feelings of common areas .
