rehabilitation project on the old train tracks and hotel in valquejigoso wine cellar

this project has two scales : the urban proposal for the rehabilitation of the old railway to create a bike path and the proposal of the hotel as a final point of this path .

the project is proposed as a movie . it is a sequence of spatial relations .

along the route, we find different frames of landscape .

When we get to the destiny point, these views continue following the sensory travel until the entrance of the room where the view is interrupted by a patio that makes way to the final frame of the movie . 

The spaces are planned based on the speed with which we perceive when we are on a bike .

Time plays an important role in the materiality that is transformed with climatic conditions .
